I know its easy to assume that I'm a life coach, but actually I'm a football coach. (I bet a lot of you didn't know that lol), Football is a HUGE part of who I am. I was raised to be a football player. In my family everybody was involved with football, either coaching, cheering, playing, or team mom. You name it, they did it. But I understand that the game (and life) is almost all mental. So, I coach my players a lot like a life coach would. If I can get them to believe that they're unstoppable, then they will be.
"I owe almost everything to football, which I spent the greater part of my life in. And I have never lost my respect, my admiration nor my love for what I consider a great game. Its a game I think that's a great deal like life because it commands a man's personal commitment be towards excellence and be towards victory. Even though you know that ultimate victory can never be completely won, yet it must be pursued with all of ones might. The quality of any mans life has got to be a full measure of that man's personal commitment to excellence and to victory regardless what field he may be in." - Vince Lombardi
